Clip the Base Stand onto the Base Station to allow it to stand up, or use screws drilled 59mm apart to mount onto a wall. Video tutorial explaining Auto Provisioning setup for Yealink Phone on PBXware 5. ¶ Requirements ¶ Identifying phone model The SBC (raspberry PI 4) shows a green light in 3CX Management Console SIP Trunk area and appears to have had no issues in the install phase and is UP. I followed through the instructions above. The Base reset Ok, and once the base reset the handset automatically said de-register the handset? on the screen, so i pressed yes. The set of instructions thereafter to deregister the handset therefore could not be followed to de-register the handset as described as it had already de-registered itself and said so. It couldn't therefore do the handset reset.

Management Cloud Platform – Yealink Cloud Management Service (YCMS) is revolutionising the way installers deploy their Yealink devices, while increasing the speed at which the devices are provisioned. YMCS is a cloud-based platform, hosted by Yealink and features similar functionality and aesthetics to the YDMP (on premise platform). At its core, the YCMS is designed to provide installers with one simple tool to deploy, manage and monitor multiple Yealink devices. In addition to simplifying and speeding up provisioning, the YMCS uses a powerful dashboard which shows a graphical overview of various factors impacting call quality. Streamline your provisioning with Yealink Cloud management services. Does anyone have any ideas where to go next with this as I am lost what we are trying to do with the SBC in terms of incoming ports and what to forward to where? The PIN is used to register handsets to the base station, and for the handset to access settings from the base station. When a Base and a handset are supplied together in a single box, then the handset should already be registered to the base station. You can use these steps to register additional handsets though: What am I missing here? Can you please confirm the Ingress ports necessary to be open on GCP to allow the IP range 0.0.0.0/0 to use. Should there be a port entry for the port TCP 5001? I don't believe so.

Once the handset displays the time and handset number, it is connected. To test that it's connected, press the Hands Free Speak button. If you hear dial tone, the phone is connected. Adding Handsets I think, therefore, that this "failure" does not matter, but I would be interested to know if this is a correct assumption as it also potentially points to a problem of some kind that could affect the W60 from being unable to register even though the phones in the office work fine. So I then added the provisioning URL for Local LAN (in the office), not SBC remote, which i had used before, seeing that makes more logical sense given we now have the SBC, as the provisioning method. Having confirmed and pressed the auto-provision button, the Web Gui says Operation Completed, but the handset then said Unregistered. So until we forwarded the incoming port 5001 on our LAN to the SBC, the W60B phone could not auto-provision and that seems perfectly logical given the above. I think we would do better to find a way to put the SBC in the cloud, it's all getting too messy in the office and I think personally all this should be in the cloud.

I am assuming single line voice over BB services from BT, Sky and VM are protected by some form of additional BB service/router parameter as well as the credentials being hidden from users in the GUI even if the risk is extremely small. Only once the above is done should you then pair the handsets with the base, not before. And I can promise you that it will begin to work like a charm (having set one up myself yesterday behind a corporate firewall and on an SBC on the same network as the W60B base).I would be most grateful for your help as I have no way to diagnose where it's going wrong and have spent hours on this problem. I can't tell if the issue of registering is happening at the LAN side or the PBX side, and there seems to be no definitive document from 3CX to say what ports where must be open for the SBC on a LAN behind a firewall to work with remote phones.

Those using ATAs/VoIP phones need to be made aware that credentials are vulnerable if equipment is stolen or accessed. I had registered the MAC, IP, etc., all via the Cloud Voice cPanel, but it refused to work. I literally wasted days on this, and eventually gave up and called BT support. The Yealink W60B/W70B is a DECT base station aimed at home as well as small and medium-sized businesses. Its main specifications are:

Firmwaredownloads

Can you tell me if the ports in the PBX GCP Firewall all have to be open for remote handsets if the SBC is in the office? yes/no Search for an entry by using the keypad to type letters, or press ▲ or ▼ to highlight the desired entry, and then press or to dial out using the default line. Connect the DC plug on the power adapter to the DC port on the phone and connect the other end of the power adapter into an electrical power outlet.

I think you should start from scratch and take it one step at a time if you want to do it yourself, and I'm confident that you can but: Both BT Cloud Voice and BT Cloud Phone portals include facilities to add or delete new devices (licences) and no doubt there is an assumption someone is actively managing them. The issue may arise though on SME with a small number of lines, sending out preconfigured kit and people simply using the pre-setup or express setup. Say you have an incoming call that you've answered, and you want to transfer it to someone else and introdice the caller as you go...If there are two calls on hold, press Resume soft key to resume the current call. Press the Swap soft key to swap between calls. This chapter describes how to use a DNS SRV record which specifies the location of the PBXware. NOTE: Your DNS Server needs to be configured correctly for this to work. Bicom Systems can provide service to set up this for you.
