Our Mindful Hypnobirthing classes are taught by a small and experienced group of practitioners, who are either midwives, psychologists, hypnotherapists, NCT antenatal teachers or Hypnobirthing Mums.

It creates a fluidity between the use of practical hypnosis tools and the experience of mindfully being in a natural birthing state. She has worked with hundreds of women, including our very own Binky Felstead, assisting with various pelvic health conditions before and after having a baby. Preparation using conditioning works well with hypnosis, as it means little and often works brilliantly and easy to fit in, even if you have a busy lifestyle.You have everything you need within you, but if you need a boost then the hypnosis is there to help you get back into your zone”. Her books are gentle, positive and help you to address aspects that are challenging in a practical and thought changing way.

It allowed me to get through seven or so hours of early and active labor prior to arriving at the hospital. You will learn about unconscious association in your environment, the impact of fear and anxiety on choices and experience, your soothing system, theories around pain, as well as lots of hypnosis tools to use when you need them.I hate “going with the flow” but this class gives us a secure framework within which there is room for flexibility”. I also see a therapist myself so that I am in the best possible space to hold you as my client in the best way I can. Our client’s focus is not on calm, quiet waterbirths (what if you don’t want to get in the pool on the day? Also, there is also a lot of complication/intervention talk at the end of the book that might not be beneficial for many pregnant women to hear during pregnancy.
