Trading standards and food packaging and labelling regulations regarding the sale of food items are very strict and we do not have the equipment to meet these requirements for bespoke or pack-your-own boxes. What looked like just packaging around the box of chocolates, turned out to be the actual box for the chocolates and when it was opened, all the chocolates fell out. Lessiter ’s has crafted chocolates , truffles , bars and hollow figures for some of the finest retailers and chocolate brands in the UK.

I was pleased to see that Lessiter's offer Luscombe Lemonade but if it were not for that I'm afraid I would have given only a POOR review.I would have given 5 stars if the parking had been easier - fine when we arrived but by the time we left it. They are a family-run business and have been innovating and crafting since 1970 – more than 45 years. We had the champagne biscuits, which were rich and filling; an amazing hot chocolate with dark choc sprinkled on top; mint tea and cappuccino (this is the only product that we were not impressed by as it was watery with no flavour ). Each box contains 7 pieces of each of the following 11 varieties: Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Zabaglione Truffle, Orange Liquer Truffle, Rum Truffle, Hazelnut Truffle, Caramel Truffle, Cappuccino Truffle, White Champagne Truffle, Brandy Truffle (selection may vary). Overall, the trip was really fun and it has helped with our Food Technology studies as we saw food safety laws being put into practise.
