The removal wipes work well and there are plenty in the pack, we also used a face wipe after as the removal wipe was a little bit greasy. Then you dab the tattoo with water using the applicator sponge which is included, after holding the sponge on the tattoo for around 15 – 20 seconds you will easily be able to remove the backing leaving the tattoo on the face.Applying the top part of the unicorn was a little tricky to start with, having never used them before. The sets come with special wipes to make removal super easy but there are also alternatives should the wipes dry out or be lost. I would love to get this for my daughters but my only fear is if I do they will absolutely torture me every day to paint their faces! The party pack contains 20 beautifully intricate designs, suitable for both boys and girls but I would suggest that the mermaid and unicorn ones might be slightly more aimed at girls (please don’t shout at me for perpetuating gender stereotypes!
