there is so much seriousness in this, but queen CoHo has such an amazing talent for instilling hope in a story that appears to be hopeless.It started making sense with her being kidnapped and living the life she now knows: she couldn’t access the internet, watch tv, or have a cell phone which is very suspicious when her adoptive mother disapproved of her doing so. I won't touch on any important plot details because keeping the mystery alive is important to how this book will affect its reader. It is the day before Sky starts her senior year at the high school after years of being home schooled. Sky, I'm not kissing you tonight but believe me when I tell you, I've never wanted to kiss a girl more.

Colleen Hoover’s writing is absorbing, captivating, and flows so smoothly you barely feel the pages slipping by. He laughs outright and denies it, saying he left her because he didn’t want her to start loving him, because he’s only disappointed everyone who’s ever loved him. What I assumed and what was actually happening were such opposites I kicked myself for making the assumptions I made. Sky kept telling readers that she’d never forgive him for this, and then never forgive him for that, it was over the top and then she’d obviously forgive him.
